Oscar manufactured motorcycles and was located in Rastignano (Province of Bologna) had produced mainly mopeds between the '60s and '70s. It is considered the progenitor of the type of motorcycles called "tuboni".
The production included the Oscar College, model equipped with a monomarcia engine Morini Franco 49 cc. The Oscar " College Mister " using the same chassis but the College set up an engine, always Morini Franco, FM 4M four gears. The model for 'Italy took a carburetor Dell'Orto 14/12 and developed a power, second code, to 1.14 HP at 4400rpm. There was also an "Export" with the carburetor Dell'Orto 19mm capable of about 4.5hp at 5,000rpm. The "MisterCollege is considered the first moped type tubone, proposed in the market.
