Demm (Officine Meccaniche Daldi e Matteucci) begain in 1953 in Porretta Terme (Bologna). The Demm brothers from Milan, produced a series of two wheelers, a two-stroke moped available in a 50, 53 and 75 cc configuration, and with motorcycles either a 125 and 175 cc with overhead camshafts and a transmission shaft. They also provided their engines to other manufacturers to be used in their bikes. The factory closed in 1983.
